About The Role

Job Description:

Develop and manage key customer accounts, understand customer needs through regular customer visits to ensure customer value is achieved

Grow and develop AAK's customer base to increase business opportunity

Put together a plan to leverage existing and future business opportunities

Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client

Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

Periodically resolve key client issues and complaints

Collaborating with relevant internal cross functional teams to ensure key client's needs are met

Ensure accuracy of forecast by using key account metrics

Monitor and report market information to present to key stakeholders

Participate in tender negotiations with key clients

Qualification & Experience

Masters in Business Administration & B.Tech, M.Tech, in food technology/ oil technology / chemicals

5 - 10 plus years of experience in a managerial role in Sales/ Marketing or Business Development

Fluency in English Language is a must

Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration
