Head - Business Development

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.

Identify and capitalize on new concepts, categories, and customer experiences at airports.

Source, negotiate, and attract new business opportunities and brands.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualification And Experience:

Master's from Premier B-school education or equivalent

15-18 years of experience in FMCG/ Retail industry

Demonstrated track record of successful Business Development initiatives.

Proven experience in driving growth and innovation

Other Skill Set

Bring in innovations, Brands, Concept & Categories, Consumer marketing expert, Research, presentation skills.

Consumer & Commercial understanding.

Develops partnerships and models for participations which encourage development at the airports.

Responsible for managing & controlling cost in new set ups.

Study Consumer insights and curate offerings.

Initiate projects related to business development in airport.

Develops and implements strategies to maintain and increase Airport Non-Aero revenues.

Collaborates with independent concessioners and brands.

Implements strategies to expedite the airport development process.

Develops and analyzes business plans and costs associated with development proposals.

Improve operations at the airports and negotiate high priority partnership that ultimately drives revenue growth.

Full time
