Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Scrum Master

In a perfect Agile world, software development teams can manage tools and processes themselves. However, it is seen that most teams that are switching to Agile cannot do so without a scrum master to help them through the process. Authority and responsibility can take time to penetrate, and get distributed within a team. In the context of transformation, a Scrum master can be involved either at the surface level or very intricately, ranging from merely scheduling a Scrum ceremony to bearing all the responsibilities of a Scrum team member.

Responsibilities

1. Iteration or Sprint Planning.

2. Standups:facilitating the daily scrum, known as standups, whenever needed.

3. Retrospectives: A Scrum master notes areas that need improvement, and action for sprints in the future.

4. Board administration: The Scrum master works as the lead administrator of the enterprise&rsquos scrum board. They ensure cards are updated, and Scrum tools are functioning optimally.

5. Sprint reviews: A Scrum master participates in review meetings and records the feedback.

6. One-to-one sessions: They meet with stakeholders and team members in face-to-face individual sessions whenever required. They sort out any existing disagreements within the team, regarding working styles and processes.

.Proficiency in writing optimized custom SQL queries

.ust be capable of writing SQL queries for validating dashboard/reporting outputs

.Must be able to translate visual requirements into detailed technical specifications

.Reverse Engineer data specifications from source systems through data discovery, analysis, and other techniques.

.Experience with Greenplum, Oracle and Postgress

.Participate in solution brainstorming sessions with Technology & Data Engineering team members

.Experience in ETL tools like Talend/Informatica.

.Perform ETL via Greenplum Functions

.Need to operate in an agile methodology with bi-weekly sprints with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.

.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill.

.Excellent communication skills in collaborating and working with other team members.

.Provide assistance Interact with client to understand requirements and provide support

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

.Bachelor degree in a Computer Science/technical or business related field

.Experience in a successful and professional business/systems analysis or application development roles.

.Relevant experience as a Scrum Master/PM.

.Mandatory qualifications

.Experience on any Scrum Tool

.Experience on Database Postgress, Oracle/SQL

.knowledge of Tableau Visualization Tool

.Expertise in writing complex DB SQL Queries

.Strong SQL Skills with the ability to perform effective query involving multiple tables and sub-queries.

.Good interpersonal, problem solving and verbal communication skills.
