We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, who understands how to build and optimize campaigns across Search & Social platforms. We're looking for an experienced professional with at least 5+ years, someone ambitious who wants to accelerate their career in a fast-growth team and work across some of the most exciting brands in the market.
Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:
Working with and contributing to our approach to biddable media buying.
Lead overarching strategic thinking, ensure media strategy is align and meets client objectives
Guiding a team in executing biddable media campaigns to an industry-standard best practice across channels, and guiding creative strategy
Continually optimize ad accounts to achieve the absolute best results for clients
Managing client relationships and escalation as and when need, be hands-on and work closely with other team members
Conduct account audits to identity growth & optimization opportunities
Contributing to the growth & structure of DeltaX paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling the wider team
What you'll need to succeed in the role:
To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your clients
To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns across your client accounts in line with the clients goals and objectives
To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target. To deliver regular paid search management services for assigned clients
To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned client accounts. To achieve increases across these campaigns in traffic and conversions and to ensure delivery against all other key performance indicators
Have an eye for precision and attention to detail
Highly numerate with great business acumen
Provide mid to long term planning and strategy focusing on brand groth.
Understand the client's industry, competitive landscape, audience behaviors, and cross-channel media marketplace to develop long term media approach as well as foster innovation, especially within paid media.
Lead Strategy Planning effort both in terms of high-level solution design as well as in management approach for each group
Eye for precision and attention to detail
Confidence with numbers and data analysis
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Good to have Google Ads Certification & Meta Advertising Certification
