Job Overview

This role involves managing and overseeing the exporting activities of pharmaceutical products to the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and Russia. The Export Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute export strategies to penetrate the CIS and Russian market for pharmaceutical products.

Manage and optimize the export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships in the target markets.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with distributors and other relevant stakeholders.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to enhance the export strategy.

Maintain accurate records of export documentation and ensure adherence to customs requirements.

Resolve any issues or delays in the export process by liaising with logistics providers and other external parties.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans for the target markets.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in export management within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the CIS and Russian markets.

In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.

Should be fluent in Russian Language.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain business relationships with distributors and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.

Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
