Customer Support Executive - Inbound Voice Process
Position Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi, providing high-quality support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document call details and follow up as necessary.
Work Schedule:
For female employees: 7 AM to 7 PM.
For male employees: 24/7 shifts with 1 rotational week off.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Graduate/Diploma holders with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Helpdesk/Call Center Agent preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi, Haryanvi, and English language accents is required.
Salary Structure:
In-Hand: 10k.
Training Period:
15 days of paid training provided.
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory.
Age Limit:
18 to 35 years.
