Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Assistant in Entrepreneurship at the American University of Beirut who will be working closely with Dr. Mona Itani. In this role, the Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting qualitative or mixed-methods research, analyzing data using software tools such as NVivo and writing research findings in high-quality research papers. This role is primarily based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Research, and Data Analysis

Excellent communication skills

NVivo and Computer Skills

Experience in data collection and analysis

Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques especially qualitative methodologies

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Master's degree in a relevant social science field

Pursuing a PhD degree in a relevant social science field is a plus
