The primary accountabilities of the Manager–Business Development are to identify business opportunities and implement the required targets/measures to successfully market products of the Company's Principals in India, including managing local ex-stock sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop designated new products business pan India.
-Identify changes in business dynamics, marketplace opportunities, competitive threats, supply position, etc.
-Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in Plastics / Polymer Technology with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sales (alternately Bachelor in Science + Diploma from CIPET).
-Familiarity with Specialty Polymers, Masterbatches, and Plastics Additives is highly advantageous.
-Preferable with at least 2 years in technical selling, highly motivated with a sales-oriented personality.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate with Principals (foreign/ domestic) is highly desirable.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Team player & willing to travel all over India.
