Description:

MIS of Sales RM wise KRA and ordersreceived and Ordersin system to be maintained.

All C/F Orders, New Orders received are further bifurcated into Clear orders and nonservice able Orders and tracker is maintained in every month twice in a week.

All order book customer wise is being matchedwith SCM team and Visibility for the month is checked from them.

For Clear Orders at every monthstart SKU wiserequirement is given to SCM plant Prod. Planning team

Broad base Container wiserequirement POD wiseis being givenon 1st working day of every month to Logistics dept.

New Orders recd. till7th of everymonth are considered for Dispatch in samemonth and are being monitored with SCM teamto get fast delivery.

To ensure the allocation and dispatch plans for Export Clear orders and Urgent SKUs to be monitored with SCM Team.

India Domestic AM- Order management (booking to dispatch tracking) Urgent SKUs production and follow up for the Forecast given by Sales team for the month.

India OEM- as per the total demand and forecast of OEM `to be given for Production for the month and production visibility to be taken from SCM and commitment to be givento OEM . On thatbasis the dispatches are monitored.

For Export Business Maintaining customer wise Order Book Summary, Tracking Dispatches and Communication maximizing the allocation against available Clear Orders, Pushing issue Clearance Sales Team for Commercial including OD andCredit. Taking various approvals from president whenever required.

For India Business â New CNF legal agreements, GST no. requests, new Plant Codes opening requests to IT Team. Location wise Stock monitoring and NM/SM,old stock monitoring
