Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd, India's fastest online B2B marketplace. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Roles And Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and promote the company.

Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure their success and professional growth.
