Must Have

Minimum of 3.5 -years hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development (4.5+ yrs of IT experience)

Lightning (AURA/LWC at least one year Project experience)

Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers

Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Experience cloud experience (exposure)

Good communication skills

Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform

Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development and security best practices Strict No -Nos

Strict No -Nos

Just Visual force experience or theoretical knowledge on Lightning

Not having project experience in any of the must have JD skill sets

Just Admin and configuration experience

Nice To Have

SF Certification PD1 / JavaScript Developer 1

Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx

Experience in Data migration
