Our Client is a leading Logistics services Provider (3PL/C&F, 4PL, Inventory Management Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Last Mile Deliveries, Just In Time Deliveries and Cold Chain).

Position: EA to Director / Senior Management

Location: Ghanteshwar, Rajkot

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Gender: Female/Male

Office time: 10:00 to 06:30 PM

Qualification And Skills

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related filed.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management

Excellence organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis o professionalism and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and other relevant sensitive information

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
