Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving business growth.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B marketplace
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a drive for success
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Roles and Responsibilites
Identify New Sales leads.
Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle
Field Sales
Prospect for new Clients by networking.
Cold Calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
