Roles And Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cold forging machines to produce high-quality metal components

Set up the machines based on the production specifications and ensure proper alignment and calibration

Monitor the machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or quality issues

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure optimal performance

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues to minimize downtime

Collaborate with team members and engineers to continuously improve the production process

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
