Job Overview
The Manager - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR and administrative functions within the company. This role requires a strong background in HR management, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. The Manager - HR & Admin will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as managing the administrative functions of the organization. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary range based on experience.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proven experience in recruitment and selection
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Create and maintain HR policies and procedures
Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and growth
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Maintain employee records and prepare reports
Coordinate and manage all administrative functions, including facilities management, travel arrangements, and vendor management
