About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced foreman who has experience in structure and finishing works in real estate sector with focus on quality, cost control and delivery schedule.

Location - Bhiwadi/Jaipur/Neemrana

Job Description

Completing each activity as per GFC drawings within budget and timelines.

Planning, implementation and reviewing safety and security protocol at the site.

Coordinating with seniors and EIC for the work program and schedule.

Ensuring all tasks are taken up with the required level of quality and all checklist are updated and signed by al concerned.

Ensuring updated records in various registers at site, viz. site order book, stock, inventory, checklist for each activity, material inward, cement and steel register, etc

Managing labour output to ensure no labour wastage at site.

Ensuring the EIC is timely informed for the material requirements at site.

Key Skills Needed

Should be able to read and understand drawings.

Should have sound knowledge of proper checks for all construction activities.

ITI Qualification will be added advantage

Upto Rs. 3 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate)
