Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operating

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Familiarity with precision measurement tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet production targets

Roles And Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality products

Set-up machines based on job requirements

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on machines

Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed

Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
