Qualifications and Skills:-

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development

Strong knowledge of product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects

Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and design

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality requirements in product development

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Lead and manage the new product development process from concept to commercialization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to develop innovative products

Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product improvements

Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements throughout the development process

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for component sourcing and manufacturing

Conduct product testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability

Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in new product development
