Roles And Responsibilities

Supervise the end-to-end process of material dispatch, ensuring precision and timely deliveries.

Coordinate with courier personnel to facilitate smooth material lifting and supply to customers as per agreed timeline.

Conduct thorough follow-ups on outstanding payments, maintaining financial integrity.

Systematically collect and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring adherence to financial standards and company policy.

Share client requirements for Production Planning and Control (PPC) and Production team to come up with a comprehensive production plans, conducting detailed reviews of fluctuations in material requirements.

Communicate effectively with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) team regarding monthly production requirements to meet sales target and client order fulfilment.

Implement strategic measures to minimize excess inventory, meticulously reviewing stock levels.

Provide quotations to specified customers after mgt approval.

Check the rates before invoices are prepared and shared with client to uphold pricing accuracy and consistency.

Conduct comprehensive validation of final rate calculation as per customer specific applicable calculation sheets / PVC-Basic Rates before offering for final invoicing.

Prepare and distribute rate calculation sheets to the billing executive based on agreed terms with specific customers (monthly or quarterly silver rates).

Scrutinize all Purchase Orders for rate accuracy, ensuring financial precision.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in sales and operations, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Knowledge of HR Consulting industry trends and practices.

Relevant experience into Sales Operations oriented job role in similar industry and business set up.

Strong understanding of the contacts Industry and manufacturing process as well as entire Sales Cycle.

Good in communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Should be team player, multi-tasking and has ability to work independently or under minimum guidance.

Good in MS Office skills with exposure into Invoicing, SCM etc.
