Job Overview

We are looking Full-time Mould Assembly Incharge - Injection Molding position based at Gurgaon. Ideal have to assembles the moulds of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the assembly of molds for injection molding processes.

Ensure molds are assembled correctly according to the specifications and quality standards.

Inspect molds for any defects or issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule mold assemblies.

Train and mentor junior staff in mold assembly techniques and best practices.

Maintain inventory of mold components and ensure their availability for assembly.

Troubleshoot and resolve any mold assembly issues or problems that arise during production.

Implement and enforce safety guidelines and protocols in the mold assembly area.

Monitor and track assembly processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve mold design and assembly processes.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold assembly in the injection molding industry.

Strong knowledge of mold assembly techniques and best practices.

Familiarity with injection molding machines and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mold assembly.
