Factory Manager - Technical textile

We are looking for a Factory Manager - Technical Textile to join our team. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of technical textiles. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the textile industry.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field

1-3 years of experience in technical textile manufacturing

Strong knowledge of textile production processes and quality assurance standards

Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement

Excellent leadership and management skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the production process of technical textiles, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and improve overall operational performance

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations

Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-efficiency

Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing processes

Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the production team

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technical textile manufacturing
