Responsibilities & Duties

Approaching retail brands for leasing of vacant units

Making Lease presentations for retail brands

Design relevant leasing strategy related to malls

Expertise in Lease Renewals/Contract Negotiation

Execute LOIs and Lease Agreements With retailers...

Expertise in Speciality Leasing, Kiosk and ATM Leasing.

Will be responsible for SOH leasing and Kiosk leasing & Signage leasing.

Will be responsible for SOH activities, Casual Kiosk leasing & will be looking after the Signage leasing

Conduct Research /acquire market information to understand customer requirements to increase footfall..

Managing relationships with retailers and constantly looking for increasing revenue through existing retailers/introduction of new retailers...

Have good connectivity with brands/ Self Leads

Good connection with local brokers...

Candidates should mention names of brands leased in the past 6 months...

Candidates should have coordination with the Mall Operation Team to get VM/New arrival updates from concern brands.

MIS Preparation and presentation on Weekly and monthly basis

Professional Qualification : MBA/PGDM

Experience : 2 to 5 Years Experience (Leasing Experience to be strictly from Mall Background)

Specific skills: Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality Should have good networking with IPC's & Leading Leasing brokers.

Salary - 25000 - 55000 PM
