Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP, a leading IELTS Education Institute, is seeking a Barnala-Trainer to join our team. As a Barnala-Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training to students in Barnala, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

A bachelor's degree in any discipline

Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the individual learning needs of students

Strong organizational and time management skills

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Familiarity with IELTS exam format and scoring criteria (preferred)

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver IELTS training to students in accordance with the curriculum

Create and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans

Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students

Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement

Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns

Coordinate with the academic team to develop and update course materials

Stay updated with the latest developments in IELTS and implement best practices

Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
