Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Executive (Male) to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in customer success management. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

4 to 6 years of proven experience in a customer success management role

Strong understanding of the background verification industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals

Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Willing to work in night shift

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and build strong relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our services.

Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues in a timely manner

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support for optimized use of our services.

Monitor customer usage and engagement, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
