JOB LOCATION:- HYDERABAD

POSITION:- CAREER COUNSELLOR

Our client is in the process of expanding our business and needs a counselor

With The Following Job Description

The process involves:-

Counseling the students for overseas education.

Follow up with the student, solve the student queries, and handle the

registrations.

Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them, and sending

the same to the universities.

Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status

etc.

Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies.

Coordinating with students & universities abroad.

Represent universities abroad.

Identify the skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.

Train & hire new candidates.

Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.

Attending the university training & workshops.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or associate's degree in Sales/counseling.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional counseling experience for visa

services

Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational

assessment.

Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as

applied to students' problems and developmental needs.

Excellent active listening and communication skills.

Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.

Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.

Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
