Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP in Chandigarh. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IELTS training to our students. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. This opportunity is open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken

Excellent knowledge of the IELTS exam and its scoring system

Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of students

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS training sessions to students

Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback

Develop and implement effective training materials and resources

Monitor and track students' progress and provide additional support where needed

Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, techniques, and test formats

Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training programs

Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
