Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP in Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students

Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Good organizational and time management skills

High level of patience and empathy towards students

Tech-savvy with basic computer skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students preparing for the IELTS exam

Create lesson plans, study materials, and assessments to facilitate effective learning

Assess the progress of students and provide constructive feedback to help them improve

Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Encourage student participation and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and resources in IELTS preparation
