Salesforce Administrator

Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator has a variety of responsibilities including (but not limited to) overseeing the overall health, security, and expandability of the Ensemble HPs Salesforce.com org (SFDC). The Senior SFDC admin will be responsible for translating business objectives and requirements info functional solutions by leveraging the appropriate tools (flows, 3rd party apps, etc). In addition, the admin must have a working understanding of the various integrations that are also available. A strong understanding of a typical sales cycle, marketing efforts, data management and an understanding of a traditional customer service environment will also be needed

What will you be expected to do

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day management of the Salesforce.com platform and related systems.

Partner directly with business units to identify system needs, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and assist with project prioritization and delivery.

Ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.

Advise more junior admins when appropriate.

Add and update automations such as Process Builder and Flow

Facilitate strategies to ensure data integrity across all objects.

Utilize various data management tools such as Data loader and/or Workbench.

Participate in regular change control meetings and release cycle discussions and provide post-deployment documentation.

Demonstrate the practice of continuous improvement by proactively presenting options for improved efficiency, cost savings and added security benefits on a regular basis.

Support various SFDC add on products (such as slack) as well as 3rd party products.

Assist in developing various sales and marketing strategies as it relates to campaigns, sales processes, contract management and advanced reporting options related to these efforts.

Facilitate the development and management of a customer portal.

Manage the various sandbox environments and facilitate the best approach as it relates to business continuity efforts

Skills Required

Must have 5+ years of proven experience working with Saleforce.com as an administrator.

Admin certification at a minimum Advanced Admin, Dev 1, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud a plus.

In-depth understanding of who sees what as it relates to the various security options available at the user level (Profiles, Sharing settings, Permission Sets, etc).

Strong competency with Salesforce automations

CPQ experience a plus

Excellent analytical, technology, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in working in a highly regulated environment a plus
