Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious spa at Ridhira Living, a leading chain of wellness themed resort living communities. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the spa industry. The job is located in Cochin, Kerala, India, and offers a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in the spa industry

Proven track record of successfully managing a spa

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices

Ability to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Experience in inventory management and cash handling

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about wellness and creating a positive guest experience

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff

Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized experiences and resolving customer issues

Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive spa revenue

Monitor and maintain the inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies

Train and develop spa staff on various treatments and services

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols

Prepare and analyze spa performance reports

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative spa offerings
