Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Ridhira Living - Building World's Largest Chain Of Wellness Themed Resort Living Communities. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in spa therapy

Certification in spa therapy or related field

Strong knowledge and proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and Swedish massage

Experience in providing menicure and pedicure services

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for wellness and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences

Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive and professional attitude

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide professional spa treatments, including massage therapies, body scrubs, facials, and body wraps, to guests

Consult with guests to identify their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable spa experience

Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining inventory of supplies

Promote and sell spa products and services to guests, providing recommendations and advice based on their individual needs

Educate guests on the benefits of spa treatments and provide guidance on post-treatment care and wellness routines

Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain client confidentiality

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge through training and professional development
