Roles And Responsibilities

Create and optimize CNC programs using Solid Work software.

Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Set up machines and tools for CNC operations.

Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machining processes.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Document and maintain CNC program files and tooling records.

Train and mentor junior CNC operators.

Qualifications And Skills

Proficiency in Solid Work software for CNC programming.

Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.

Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.

Knowledge of machining processes and tooling.

Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to train and mentor junior CNC operators.
