Roles and Responsibilities :-
Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the office
Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper functioning
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and update company databases and records
Provide general administrative support to team members
Forwarding the quotation to the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
