Roles & Responsibilities:-

Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.

Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.

Able to handle the general purchase pertaining to office requirements.

Making travel & hotel arrangements of the employees or guests.

Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.

Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.

Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.

Arranging food and other necessities as per office requirement.

Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.

Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Providing basic bookkeeping services.

Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.

Coordinating with the Security staff for daily activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Any Bachelor Degree or a relevant field is preferred.

Required at least 2-3 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.

Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
