Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This full-time position is located in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary range. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components.

Roles And Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software

Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories

Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance and quality

Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal functioning

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Document production data and create reports as needed

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role

Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines

Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

Excellent attention to detail and precision

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in machining
