Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASM to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This role will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh region specifically for the Chemical / Paint industry. As an ASM, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales goals and objectives in the assigned region

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive prospecting

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key decision-makers in the Chemical / Paint industry

Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend effective sales strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards sales targets

Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as an ASM or similar role in the Chemical / Paint industry

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Excellent knowledge of the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh market and the Chemical / Paint industry

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
