Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary in the range of X to Y per month. Roles And Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to given specifications.

Review work orders and blueprints to determine the machining operations required.

Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality.

Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results and make minor repairs when necessary.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.

Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform regular maintenance.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of programming languages (G-code).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform the job duties.
