Job Overview

Quality Engineer - Plastic Injection role is a full-time position located in Gurgaon. The ideal should be responsible for entire quality area including, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, documentation etc.

Roles And Responsibilities

Implement and maintain quality control procedures for plastic injection processes.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues or defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and test results.

Develop and execute quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Train and mentor employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in plastic injection technology.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Plastic technology.

Proven experience in quality engineering within the plastic injection industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for plastic injection processes.

Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
