Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Experience Executive (Marathi) to join our team at eFeed. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Marathi-speaking customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping them optimize their animal feeds/ration. This is a full-time position located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Fluency in Marathi both written and spoken

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of animal nutrition or the agricultural industry is a plus

Experience in business development, tele sales, or sales is preferred

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient customer support to Marathi-speaking customers via telephone, email, and chat

Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions

Assist customers in using our tech application to plan, create, and optimize animal feeds/ration

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Assist in translating and localizing customer-facing materials from English to Marathi

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
