Job Overview

We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our team at DCS Group in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatching of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This is a full-time position with a focus on routing, routine planning, and problem-solving. Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles And Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule the dispatching of goods and materials

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of dispatch activities

Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery

Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival

Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel to provide instructions and updates

Resolve any delivery issues or delays

Maintain inventory of dispatched items

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth flow of goods

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations

Identify areas of improvement in the dispatch process and propose solutions
