The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive expansion of targeted new lounges and kiosks as a part of the business plan by partnering with the CEO and GM - Of retail Operations.

Responsible for business development, commercial of new sites, Licensing, and Compliance as a part of the business expansion plans for lounges.

Business proposals for new lounge opening with estimates and viability as a part of the business plan.

Drive timely conduct of pre-feasibility analysis of site - Real estate factors, Business estimate, suitability of Project requirements, basic legal papers and license.

Shortlist and finalize catchment areas for new lounges along with the Operations team.

Negotiate pricing with the leasing consultants in consultation with the CEO.

Act as the first point of contact for agreement sign-off between WBTL and property owner.

Conduct regular visits to store locations, and coordinate with the Project team for the progress of store fit-out.

Provide support as required for new Kiosk opening: shortlisting location, site inspection, new kiosk set-up, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

6-7 years' prior industry related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented
