Job Description
Recruitment, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, feedback follow-up, reference checking, and offer finalization.
Onboarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training.
Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation, and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation.
Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members.
Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up, etc
Processing expense reimbursements of the sales team, employee conveyance & other expenses, HR vendor payments, etc.
Employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, etc
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
