Shreehari.in is an AIRC certified and ICEF agency status provider, and a member of NAFSA and ICBC. We provide IELTS coaching to more than 5500 students a year, as well as assistance with student, visitor, and dependent visas for Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and UK. We are based in Ahmedabad.

Job Description

Profile assessment & eligibility check- pre-application

Organise and follow up offer letters, confirmation of enrolments letters and other relevant supporting documents.

Guide students in admissions, financial compliance and visa documentation

Ensure accurate and complete application paperwork and screen documents received from students for document quality, authenticity and genuineness- in compliance with admissions and visa application requirements

SOP preparation requests and follow-ups.

Research universities about various courses & stay updated on the same.

Coordination with admission partners: Gee Bee, Career Mosaic, KC Overseas, Kanan, Adventus, Educo, MSM, Shorelight, Study Group, GUS, On Campus, Edvoy

Application to university websites- which are not in our direct list- as per students preferences

Follow ups with branches for students status after sharing course options

Follow ups with partners for offer letter status

Checking students accounts for any change in status

WES evaluation if required

Maintenance of registration trackers and checking of admission tracker regularly

Supporting & follow up with students for fee payments, interviews, process & document submissions.

Respond to the client within the TAT (Turnaround time) and enter data into CRM in a timely manner

Coordination and providing support to other team members in the process

Financial screening as per university requirement for I-20 or for offer letter

Coordination for deposit fee payment

Coordination for scholarship- in Shorelight cases

Creating challans for visa fee- follow up with students if he has paid or not

Date booking for Biometric & Visa

Coordination for Sevis fee payment

DS-160 form fills up for HO- reviewing the forms filled by branches

Creating visa documents folders

Post-visa: updating the university and partners

Pre-departure: creating the checklists, insurance, feedback form and coordinating for pre-departure event

CRM updation and Collecting visa stamp & photos for successful student for creating posts

Handling the processes after student visa refusals

Taking student counselling in absence of Team Head
