Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Velaans Energy. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of lubricant products to potential customers and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Good understanding of marketing principles
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Problem-solving skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's range of lubricant products to potential customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Prepare sales reports and forecast sales trends
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain inventory levels
