We are seeking a Sales Manager for our company, DCS Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
Solid knowledge of recruiting and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting communication training
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
Ability to qualify prospects and drive the sales process
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
