The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget

Knowledge of industrial project management

Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards

Proficiency in project management software

Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish

Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards

Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues

Manage project team members, provide guidance, and ensure project objectives are met

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
