Key Responsibilities
Head the Regional Parts team of the Sales Organization.
Responsible for machines market development and sales in the assigned region.
Develop machines Sales Organization for better Customer coverage and develop Customer Connect.
Implement Promotional Program to create demand and improve sales.
Monitor and Ensure Proper Customer Connect through scheduled visits by regional sales team or telecom and maintain healthy relationships with customers.
Update on Market Intelligence data Competitors activities, High Potential Parts movement of Other OEMs, Business Opportunities on Parts & Accessories.
Machinery Sales Analysis for the region and benchmark with All India as well Industry benchmark to improve Market Share and Parts Sales growth
Requirements & Competencies:-
Ability to create and establish dealer network in the regions
Ability to communicate well articulate
Effective customer relationship / ability to build excellent relations with customers and dealers
Persuasive and ability to get things done
Pleasing personality and emotional stability / adaptability (the extent to which an individual can function effectively even when faced with rejection or stressful situations) High result / goal / target orientation
Planning / time management and Selling skills with technical knowledge should be comfortable with IT applications like MS package etc.

Education & Experience
5-10 Years of relevant experience in a medium sized company (capital goods, component plastic processing machinery, auto or large parts distribution etc.)
Diploma / B.tec / MBA or both
