Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of executive-level experience in sales and marketing. This full-time position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of executive-level experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Foundry Industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Good understanding of market dynamics and industry trends

Proficient in data analysis and reporting

Knowledge of relevant software applications for sales and marketing

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals

Manage and motivate a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet targets

Research and identify new market opportunities and industry trends

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using data-driven insights

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Stay abreast of competitive landscape and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge
