Skills & Qualifications

B.E. / Diploma Electronics or Mechanical, 1-3 Years of experience preferably in Industrial/Manufacturing/Electronics testing.

Good Customer facing skills; ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal.

Time Management skills & Problem-Solving Skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute operations and service of robots in designated territory.

Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for customers in designated territories.

Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff.

Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos, and maintenance + service plans.

Own Conveyance (2-Wheeler) is a must for this role

Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role in the territory

Hold a valid and up-to-date drivers license.

Nice to have

Experience working in Robotics/Industrial Automation/IoT

Preliminary Experience with Software tools

Experience with forklifts/material handling equipment

Salary-18k to 25 in hand
