Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior CNC Programmer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Junior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with a work experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in CNC programming

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and reading technical drawings

Knowledge of machining processes and programming languages

Ability to set up and operate CNC machines

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Adaptability and willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed

Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set-up and programming requirements

Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software

Select and set up cutting tools and other accessories needed for machine operation

Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary

Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good working condition

Collaborate with other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
