Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional to join our team at The Poly Kids. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing techniques, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and have a passion for marketing in the digital space.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships or project experience is acceptable).

Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.

Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and web analytics.

Proficiency in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, website, and blogs.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools.

Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
